3 easy ways to fight fear

1. Acknowledge you fear
Accept that it's completely normal to be scared about stuff that matters you

2. Share your concern with someone
Just the act of talking can make a huge difference.

3. Approach your fear in small steps
Prepare for the situation and try to understand where the fear stems from. Run through scenario in your head and try to compromise first.
